This is such a great color due to it’s surprising versatility. Baby blue can make you feel oh so pretty, super adorable and very sweet, but then WHAM! It can hit you with a hint of 80s rock! Keep your look delicate with some baby blue skimmers or spice it up with some baby blue eyeshadow. Whichever way you decide to go it’s sure to be a breath of fresh air.
